Vitamin B

This is a water soluble vitamin that our body gets rid of through urin. Since it is not stored in the body, it is necessary to include it in nutrition on everyday basis. It is more heat sensitive and more easily destroyed on high temperatures than fat-soluble vitamins. One of its core functions is helping the body turn food into energy. It includes 8 different vitamins, known as vitamin B-complex. Apart from this, it helps DNA synthesis, formation of serotonin and dopamine and promotes brain health and function. It is also good for skin and hair health.
