Vitamin E

Together with vitamin A, D and K, vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that can be stored in our body. It doesn’t require regular every day intake and can be cooked in higher temperatures without much loss. It mainly functions as an antioxidant in our body, helping protect cells from damage and prevent chronic diseases. Highest concentration of vitamin E is in wheat germ oil. Other great source of vitamin E are sunflower seeds. Vitamin E deficiency can cause losing the sensation in your arms and legs.
